Shipping / Local Pickup:

Shipping fees are calculated at a reduced carrier rate. We do not add any handling or
administrative fees to the shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it. Customers are also responsible for paying a reship fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

Local pickup is only available to customers close to Mooresville, NC. If you select local pickup and you’re not local to the area, we will cancel your order and notify you that you did not select a preferred shipping method and that you will need to reorder your product, and select the correct shipping method.

If you’ve selected LOCAL PICKUP (and you live in Mooresville or the surrounding area) during checkout, please email us at customerservice@purelywrapped.com to set up a day/time.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale, even if unopened. Please check all ingredient listings for allergies prior to your purchase.

Damaged Products or Order errors:

If your product arrives damaged or if we’ve made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please notify us via email customerservice@purelywrapped.com within 2 days. If your product was damaged, leaking, or in any way defective, please include a picture of the damaged product and packaging in your communication.

All of our ingredients come from natural sources and vary in color, texture and aroma from batch to batch. Those variations are normal and not regarded as defects in the product quality.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:
https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Information submitted through our contact forms is sent to third party service providers in order to better aid in our management of your product and service preferences. Submitting your information or creating an account on our website is tantamount to an agreement of this distribution of
your contact information.
